Our team has contributed to the Neighborhood Planning process, staff training, and sustainability reviews for developments seeking funding from the Urban Redevelopment Authority.
On behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, GBA’s team conducts sustainability reviews for projects seeking energy performance points in the Riverfront Zoning Corridor and the Uptown EcoInnovation District. These sustainability reviews consist of reviewing plans and sustainability goals, recommending frameworks, suggesting next steps, and providing sustainability guidance for those projects.
In the past, GBA’s team has also conducted similar sustainability reviews for the Urban Redevelopment Authority as well as some funders. In addition to these sustainability reviews, GBA’s team has also contributed to the Neighborhood Planning process and training of city staff. GBA’s Jenna Cramer serves on the City’s Equal Opportunity Review Commission. The City of Pittsburgh is also a property partner in the Pittsburgh 2030 District.
