Highmark Health, the predominant tenant in the building, leads these efforts and is recognized for its sustainable accomplishments in employee engagement, social equity, and alternative transportation. A large green roof situated on the third-floor terrace significantly reduces storm-water runoff and provides enough insulation to cut climate-control energy use by 12 percent.
